使用方法 Method o**n ：

由于摩擦的需要, Gleitmo 605 可用水稀釋 (水質(zhì)需達到飲用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn))。 通常, Gleitmo 605 的稀釋比例為1:3 (離心涂程序的嚴(yán)格要求)至1:7 (滴涂)。 稀釋時, 一邊不斷攪拌Gleitmo 605 一邊加水, 在注入浸液時也一樣。 為避免腐蝕, 必須用熱空氣 (約60 ) ℃ 吹干浸處理后的零件。零件在施涂時**含油脂。在非常干燥的條件下包裝零件, 如進行大批量施涂, 采用一般鍍鋅設(shè)備較為方便。

Depending on etiologic requirements, Gleitmo 605 can be diluted with water (at least of drinking water quality). As a Rule, Gleitmo 605 is used at a dilution ratio of 1:3 (for centrifuge coating procedures, stringent requirements) and up to 1:7 (for dipping). For dilution, water is added to Gleitmo 605 while constantly stirring. The same procedure should be followed for replenishing the immersion bath. To avoid any risk of corrosion it is most urgently recommended drying the parts immediately after the dipping process by hot air (up to approx. 60 ). ℃ The parts to be coated should be degreased. Packaging of coated parts only in absolutely dry condition. The equipment commonly used in the galvanizing industry has proved to be very convenient in case of large coating quantities.
